Das deutsche Unternehmen ComBOTS hat einen mobilen Client seines innovativen Kommunikationstool als Beta veröffentlicht.

ComBOTS ist ein neue Anwendung, welche Instand Messaging, Sprachtelefonie, Filetransfer und vor allem mit aufgebohrten Emotions verbindet. Die Anwendung soll besonders einfach zu bedienen sein und ein neues Bedienkonzept bieten. ComBOTS synchronisiert die gesamte Kommunikation mit einem Server, wodurch die Anwendung keinen Unterschied zwischen On- oder Offline macht und Nachrichten oder Dateien sogar versendet werden können, wenn der Chatpartner offline ist.
Klingt gut, sieht gut aus und macht Spaß.

Ich habe bis auf wenige Ausnahmen noch keine mobile Anwendung gesehen die so grossen Wert auf das GUI legt und dieses vergleichbar gut umsetzt. ComBOTS mobile ist eine willkommene Abwechslung zu den immer gleichen mobilen Anwendung und wirkt wirklich frisch. Der mobile Client ist unter go.combots.com direkt mit dem Handy downloadbar oder über www.combots.com/mobile.html mit dem Umweg über den PC. Leider werden derzeit noch sehr wenige Geräte unterstützt, weitere Geräte sind angekündigt.

Wer kennt das nicht? Jede Menge lustige Sprüche werden auf T-Shirts gedruckt und in der Öffentlichkeit präsentiert. Ein US-Unternehmen bietet nun die Möglichkeit auf das persönliche Statement antworten zu können.
Der trendige Träger kann sich bei Reactee seinen Slogan auf ein T-Shirt drucken lassen und wenn jemand dadurch beeindruckt oder sonst was ist, kann sie oder er ganz einfach eine SMS an die mit aufgedruckte Nummer schicken. Die Nachricht wird an den Träger weitergeleitet und ein neuer Kommunikationsweg hat sich eröffnet.

Leider ist dieser Dienst erst bei US-Providern freigeschaltet! (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Virgin & Alltel)
Ob Europa auch so etwas braucht bleibt abzuwarten, ich finde es eine nette Idee und man könnte es sehr gut für die eine oder andere Marketingaktion adaptiert werden.

Surfing around on Nokia’s Nseries site I discovered something really interessting.

twibble - this is the first time I see something useful in the twitter service. With twibble you’re able to combine the idea of twitter to send sort messages to your friends and your location data. So twibble answers not only the question what you’re doing, but also where you are.

twibble uses the internal GPS of the Nokia N95 (and maybe of the Siemens SX75) or another device supporting J2ME’s Location API and sends the position to twittervision and twittermaps. Other devices use the city name for the positioning.

twibble enables location-based micro-blogging.

Twitter is a social SMS service which let your friends know what you’re doing.
You can tell your friends about what you’re doing by sending a SMS, via instant messenger or web.

There is really big hype about this service at the moment and a lot of similar services are launching all over the world. Some of them are:

When we talk about Mobile 2.0 we have also to consider the development of other mobile technologies. As mobile phones and PCs grow together more and more (eg. Apple’s iPhone or the Nokia N95) PCs and phones shift together.
